BLR-2-200 FRP hydraulic type pullwinding machine is an entire production line integrated with PLC controlled, hydraulic to-and-fro traction, pneumatic fix-length cutting. The line consists of roving creel, resin bath, winding machine, calibrating table, traction machine, cutter, racks for finished products and control system.

 

Characteristics

1. Temperature is controlled by high precision, dual display instrument.

2. Traction speed is digital displayed.

3. Sealing element of hydraulic pump is imported, and hydraulic system uses low-noise, energy-saving type variable pump.

4. Auto alarming function of oil temperature and oil level fault is optional.

5. Hydraulic traction system supply several working modes for customers choice. Traction speed is stepless adjustable.

6. Adopting pneumatic across cutting, clamping and tracking, the cutting saw blade is toothless type.

a. Winding machine is special for FRP pull-winding process, continuous production can obviously improve the pipe making efficiency. Uniform winding fiberglass, mat and cloth reinforced materials at circle direction increase the pressure resistance property of pipes. Cooperated with pultrusion machine, it can produce pullwinding pipes within diameter 200mm.

b. Winding speed and traction speed can be separate control or synchronous control. The two winding heads use uniform power take-off. It can equip with 2,4,6,8 winding rollers for users choice. According to the direct reversing device, to make the adjacent winding heads move in negative direction.
